Art contest Winner named

Out of a very competitive field, Caroline Schmautz's drawing of Hermione Granger was the winner of the 2018 Children's Art Contest.  She received her prize of a Harry Potter colouring book and a copy of the 'World of Harry Potter' during the interval of the Movie Music Magic Concert at the Falkirk Town Hall in late May 2018.

An impressive piece of artwork submitted by Ms. Schmautz! other entries included drawings of Harry himself, Hedwig as well as the Hogwarts Express!

Caroline wasnt the only artist present at the concert! A number of other artists turned out to hear the Tryst Orchestra's entertaining evening of music from the movies, but they clearly weren't just accomplished artists alone....there could be a magician in the mix! Or even a musician....
Thanks to all of the artists who submitted a drawing, and the Forth Valley Magic Circle for donating the magic wands that were given as prizes.
